This notice explains how tabmobile handles information from shoppers and visitors to this storefront. It supplements the privacy text Shopify automatically manages for this store. Information and where it comes from

We receive the details you provide in checkout or support: name, contact details, delivery and billing information, items and quantities ordered, and messages about an order, return, or privacy request. Payment providers handle sensitive payment credentials; we receive transaction information needed to manage an order, such as status and references, rather than asking for full card numbers or CVV codes in support messages.

The site and its service providers may collect device, browser, IP address, approximate location, visit, cookie, and interaction data when you use the storefront. We may also receive information from Shopify, payment, delivery, fraud-prevention, or support services involved in a transaction.

Why information is used and shared

We use information to display the store, process and verify an order when checkout is available, arrange delivery, provide tracking, answer questions, handle returns and refunds, prevent misuse, keep records, and meet applicable obligations. Shopify hosts the storefront. Payment processors, delivery providers, technical vendors, and professional advisers receive information only as relevant to their roles, lawful requests, or the purposes described here. We do not treat a service provider as the seller of tabmobile products.

Directly loaded map

The map on our home and Contact pages loads from Google rather than a local image. Opening a page with that map can send Google your IP address, browser details, and other technical information. Retention, security, and international processing

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, returns, records, dispute handling, or applicable legal duties. The period can vary by purpose and law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. Shopify and other providers may process or store information outside your state or country; applicable protections and provider arrangements govern those transfers.

Children and state privacy rights

An authorized agent may submit a request where the law allows; we may ask for proof of authority or direct verification when permitted. We respond within the applicable legal period, and tell you if a lawful extension is needed.

If we decline a request and your state provides an appeal right, email support@tabmobile.com with “Privacy appeal,” identify the decision, and explain the concern. We will explain the appeal outcome and any further available channel required by applicable law. If a privacy control does not work, contact us rather than submitting repeated requests.

Changes
