Using this online store

tabmobile offers mobile-device accessories through this online storefront. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate order and contact details. Do not interfere with the site, misuse an account, or submit content that violates another person’s rights. These terms work with the policies linked below; applicable non-waivable consumer rights continue to apply.

What a listing means

Fit and purchase units

Review the selected product, quantity, dimensions, materials, and package contents before ordering. A sleeve may require measuring a device with its case; a stand or strap may have a particular support or attachment method. Images can show use or scale, but they do not enlarge the purchase unit. Approximate or Estimated dimensions and inferred material descriptions are identified as such and are not presented as measured performance, certification, or universal compatibility. Contact us if a material or fit point is essential and unclear. We will address a material listing error without removing your statutory remedies.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown in USD. Checkout, when payment is available, displays the item price, applicable tax, free Standard shipping within the stated service area, and the final total before submission. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the request; it does not guarantee fulfillment of an unavailable item, invalid payment, or material listing error. We will explain a problem and your options before proceeding. We do not impose a retroactive price increase on an accepted order without agreement. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled or is canceled, we will arrange the applicable original-method refund promptly. See Payment Information for current payment availability and security.

Delivery, cancellation, and returns

We ship only to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free without a minimum order. Processing is estimated at 1–2 business days, followed by 2–4 in transit, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days; Monday–Friday excludes U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates rather than guarantees. If shipment cannot occur on time, we offer the choice of the revised timing or cancellation and prompt refund. Ask quickly about a change or cancellation; a dispatched parcel may be too late to change. See Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for complete conditions.

Eligible return requests are made within 30 calendar days after delivery. We provide an approved return with a prepaid label, charge no restocking fee, and do not offer exchanges. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Content and independent retail status

Store text, design, and branding are protected as applicable by intellectual-property law. Personal shopping use is permitted; copying or commercial reuse requires permission unless law allows it. Third-party product names, images, and marks remain their owners’ property. tabmobile is an independent retailer and does not claim to manufacture, be affiliated with, or be endorsed by a third-party brand unless a listing expressly supports that claim.

Services, availability, and legal rights

Shopify supplies storefront technology, and payment, delivery, and map providers supply their own services. A link to another site may lead to separate terms and privacy practices. Their involvement does not cancel our retail commitments. The website may have outages or errors; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent lawful and does not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, an express product promise, or a right that cannot legally be waived for defective or misdescribed goods.

Disputes and changes to terms

Relevant U.S. federal and state laws apply to a transaction and its protected consumer rights. We do not impose an unverified exclusive court, fabricated company status, or mandatory arbitration through this page. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest applies where lawful. Updates are dated and do not retroactively take away rights from an existing order. Contact us about a concern so we can review the order and proposed resolution.
